  • Customers may request a return within 3 business days of receiving their order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain products ( customized or final sale items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipping.


3. Refunds

 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


5. Exchanges

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
