Customers may request a return within 3 business days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain products ( customized or final sale items) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipping.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged:
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards or promotional items
Items marked as “Final Sale”
5. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
